This private villa in Amed features 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, king size beds, black out curtains and a/c. You can enjoy the view over the ocean from all rooms and step out of your bed straight into the private 12m infinity pool!  

The enclosed living and kitchen area offers a large and comfortable lounge area, a dining table for 6 people and a fully equipped kitchen. Large sliding doors and ceiling fans will assure a nice and fresh breeze at any time. Another beautiful lounge area is located outside, next to the pool and with incredible views. Enjoy it in the evening or during the day, jump in the refreshing water of the pool or relax on the bean bags and sun loungers in your private villa in Amed.

A private parking space is located in front of the villa and fits multiple cars and scooters. 

Daily housekeeping is provided and breakfast is included. Our manager will help you with all questions and requests that might arise during your stay. He can also help to arrange: scooter/car rental, transport, massage, give tips for surrounding areas and organize tours for you. Please don’t hesitate to contact him during your stay. Security is on-site during night time.

Accessing the parking space requires navigating a steep incline, making it necessary for drivers to have prior experience.

Kindly note that the living room/common area is partially open and does not have air conditioning. However, ceiling fans are provided to ensure your comfort and the sliding doors can be opened for a natural breeze.

Bali has a humid and tropical natural environment with lots of greenery. Geckos & insects are therefore endemic to the Island. Even though gentle pest controls are regularly operated at the property, some encounters may occur. Please note that all of them are completely harmless and important for a balanced ecosystem
